Services

Welding: Fabrication relies heavily on welding. At PVFAB we utilize all industrial standard welding processes such as:
· MIG (GMAW)
· Stick (SMAW)
· Flux Core (FCAW)
· TIG (GTAW)
With 20+ years of experience, our certified welders get the job done right.
Waterjet Cutting: Harnessing the power of our Flow Mach 2 Water-jet machine, we can cut custom parts at production speeds.

With minimal to no warping, great variability in materials and extreme precision, we guarantee the perfect custom part.
Bending & Shearing: We can shear upto 3/8" Steel and 1/4" stainless using our 2 Amada hydraulic shears.
In addition to shearing, we provide bending services. With our 2 hydraulic presses we can bend up to 1/2 inch steel and process repeated jobs fast and accurately.
Material Sale: One of the most comprehensive parts of our business is providing the raw materials for projects. We catalog a large variety of material types and lengths and can custom order based on product specifications as well.
Aside from stocking we provide cutting, cleaning and punching services so you get only the material you want and how you want it.

Additional Services

Rolling: We can help roll sheet metal, tubes and solids depending on the thickness and rigidity of the material.
Machining: We can help machine, drill and lathe depending on the size and material of the part. In addition we also provide hole punching corner-cut services.
Design: We use the latest software in manufacturing and provide design services to help you visualize the parts you need.
Assembly: Lastly, we can also assemble the individual parts to finish the manufacturing step of your design so it is ready to use as per specs.
